These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Codobe, including our website, platform, AI-powered document verification services, and any related features (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Codobe Technologies.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Codobe.
Important:
Codobe provides AI-assisted document verification tools to help users in cross-border trade. We are not a law firm, financial institution, or escrow service. Our outputs are for informational and verification assistance only — not legal, financial, or binding advice.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use Codobe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including export control laws, sanctions, or trade regulations.
- Do not upload forged, fraudulent, or illegal documents
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI models
- Do not use Codobe to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or prohibited trade
Codobe owns all rights to the platform, AI models, reports, and generated content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and store your uploaded documents solely for providing the Service.
You retain ownership of your original documents. We do not claim ownership of your trade data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Codobe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we retain the right to keep anonymized data for model improvement and legal compliance (as per our Privacy Policy).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
